Changing assumptions
Use top controls or the right-side assumption panel. Results update immediately.
Interpreting ICER
Incremental Cost-Effectiveness Ratio: extra cost per extra QALY vs the comparator. Lower is better when both cost and QALYs increase.
Interpreting NMB
Net Monetary Benefit = QALYs × WTP − Cost. The preferred strategy maximizes NMB at the chosen WTP threshold.
Interpreting QALYs
Quality-Adjusted Life Years, combining length and quality of life. Higher is better.
